THE AUTHOR’S BIOGRAPHY

 

Carl L. Gabriel, Jr., (born Carl L. Eggerson, Jr.) was born and raised in Chicago’s inner city, and has always sought to explore and express his creativity.  Since his formative years, Carl had always been enthralled with the imaginative side of literature, music and art, and he has enjoyed sharing his gifts as an actor, voice actor, model, writer, poet, photographer and songwriter.  

 

Over the years, Carl has written a few self-published works, and only recently has he begun to reach for a broader audience to which he might express his art forms.  Writing has always been one of his favorite forms, and after bringing about the genesis of a children’s book series (‘Jester’s Quest: Book One”) through the use of a vanity press, he went to work on a project that was closer to his heart:  The Moment Stories.  

 

In his latest works, also via the nontraditional publishing route, he introduces the world to his own very unique perspective about the possibilities of escape through science fiction/fantasy literature. The next novel and short stories in the genre are coming soon, and will be available across several platforms for your enjoyment.

Currently, Carl also explores his talents in art photography and teaches martial arts.
